Meet Niki
As a first year Camp CARE counselor, Niki is looking forward to a week with some real life superheroes – our campers! She is a cancer survivor herself and has been cancer-free since April 2011 (WOOHOO!!!!). She knows what it’s like to just want to have some fun and forget about being sick for a while, and her mission is to love and encourage our campers to do just that!
Niki has four daughters – two human (Victoria and Olivia) and two furry (Grace and Ava).
Bet you didn’t know that…
- Niki loves music, reading and hanging with family and friends.
- Her favorite superhero is Superman because he always saves the day!
- Niki loves being outside, enjoys white water rafting and wants to learn to paddleboard.
- A self-proclaimed daredevil, she loves rollercoasters, has ridden in hot air balloons and hang-glided off of the huge sand dunes at Jockey’s Ridge, NC. We think she will love the rope swing and iceberg at Camp CARE!
- If she could eat just one food for the rest of her life, it would be French fries.
- Her superpower of choice is the power to heal.
Niki, we’re so glad you’re bringing your daredevil ways to Camp CARE! We can’t wait to have so much fun with you this summer!
